Thank you for your interest in our products and your purchase on our online store at Jayzeta.com! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it was damaged in shipping or for any reason. You may return it to us for a refund. You can exchange the damaged item, receive instore credit or refund.
The Return Process; First please email support@jayzeta.com! We would love to make everything right as life is unexpected. We will discuss your options for how to complete the return. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchased date. All returns must be in the original condition it was in when you received it from us and unopened.

Refunding Request
We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will inspect the item and the condition it is in. Refunds can take 1-2 billing cycles to show back up on your statement. We will notify you when we process your transaction.
Notes and other charges: Used games, products marked down, or on sale are sold as is and all sales are final. The discounted items cannot be returned.
